Mindful Painting

When I paint or draw I feel I have entered a new dimension. I feel free. I focus on one thought and let the paint brush do the rest. Sometimes, I paint with my right hand and sometimes I use my left hand so that I stay focused.  In this painting I switched back and forth. Hope you like it.

  1. It’s so beautiful. That’s how I feel when I get lost in my guitar playing.

    1. How long have you been playing? What kind of music?

      1. I learnt when I was 14, then in my late teens I kind of forgot about it. It’s only been the last five years that I’ve really picked it up again. I play all sorts, classical, a bit of jazz and country. Now I enjoy doing covers of other songs plus a bit of my own.

        1. Sounds very interesting. I write music myself. Love country and classical the most.
